In Fortsetzung der Lectures-Serie „Meet the ANIMATION AVANTGARDE Artists“ wird heuer nur eine international herausragende Künstlerin Einblick in ihre künstlerische Arbeit geben.
Die ungarische Animationsfilmkünstlerin REKA BUCSI wird über ihre drei Kurzfilme „SYMPHONY NR. 42“ (2014, 10 min), „LOVE“ (2016, 14 min) und „SOLAR WALK“ (2018, 20 min) sprechen, und ihre Positionierung innerhalb einer Diskussion zwischen Abstraktion und Narration darstellen.
Im Anschluß gibt es Gelegenheit für ein ausführliches Gespräch.

Information zu den KünstlerInnen:
Réka Bucsi (HU), geboren 1988, ist Illustratorin und Animationsfilmkünstlerin. Sie studierte von 2008-2013 Animation an der MOME (Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Budapest). Seit ihrem Abschlussfilm an dieser renommierten Kunstuniversität feierte sie mit ihren Filmen zahlreiche Erfolge:
